  The owner is an older gentleman and very delightful! We went to Granada as most people do to see the Alhambra. From the hotel we took the #9 bus connecting with the #30 and were there in less than 30 minutes without having to deal with traffic or parking. Round trip for 2 was <10€. Would highly recommend. The staff was exceedingly helpful and very nice (I can speak spanish, so I can't vouch for their foreign language skills). Felt newly decorated and the word 'clean' simply can't describe the sparkling perfection of the rooms and common areas. The photos simply don't do justice to the hotel/hostal - common areas are beautiful and the building reminded us of a Moroccan riad.

  Possibly the best accommodation we've had in years. An airy, quiet, lovely apartment right in the middle of everything (yet shielded from the noise, as it is in an alley). Spick and span. The apartment was well-equipped with a nice kitchenette. The lady who checked us in was very helpful even though we arrived outside the usual check-in hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 5 nights and would not hesitate to come back.

Although due to arriving time we didn't meet any staff on arrival date, we got keys, maps, useful local information and recommendations without any difficulties.

  We had small children and we really appreciated the hotel service staff going to extra lengths to make sure the baby bed was cleaned and related amenities were looked after. The large playground outside the hotel was a nice feature.
