The staff was very friendly and helpful - Tthe hotel is new; our two rooms and bathrooms were very clean, roomy and beautifully furnished; the bed and pillows were very comfortable; the air-conditioning worked well; the location was very good and easy to get to from a major plaza. The public areas (lounge, bar) were nicely appointed and very restful. We really enjoyed the Villa Oniria and would definitely stay there again.

  I liked the way that the hotel staff treating the guests...they were very polite and helpful. I really appreciate...The room was very clean and organized. The bathroom was very good. It was a guiet room and I slept so good. The bed was very comfortable also...The location of the hotel was excellent...you might enjoy walking to the Alhambra pala... what people say » ce if you like to explore cities by walking. It is also close to the shopping center... - The staff was the most helpful and nice people we met in Spain. They had a little issue with their Internet, but he got us access codes from the hotel across the street. He gave us all sorts of information and advise. The hotel is also wonderful! Excellent location, very nice "Granadine" decoration, and jacuzzi!!! (We got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost, just because!!!)

  It was a beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The food was very good and we had excellent veiws of the city from our room as well as from most places in the hotel.
