The beds where comfortable and big and the staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent position central. Rooms were clean though very basic. very central location. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. no tea/ coffee making facilities which would have made a great difference. Maids were very noisy from early morning. The hotel was very much in need of some investment and renovation. Simple, yet vital, things such as inadequate and/or non functioning air conditioning, broken bed, etc. My partner and I know and love Granada city and visit it on a regular basis. We will not be using this hotel or recommending it to others.
