Lovely apartment in historic central area. Well equipped. Very helpful staff. Interior decor and cleanliness. The apartment was in a nice location. The apartment had comfortable amenities (beds, dishes, kitchen, bathroom). The apartment needs an electric jug, to boil water for hot tea. Driving to the apartment is a nightmare.Suggestions for improvements: 1) The booking website said Wifi is available at the Apartment. The staff at Hotel Nieves said they were aware it was not working... 2) It was really cold; the heat took a few hours to kick in. It would be helpful to have an info sheet telling us where the thermostat is located. 3) Provide direct phoneline to Hotel Nieves.
