The apartment was first class to me it was like home from home it was very comfortable with a full kitchen with all the equipment you would have in your own home I did not even have to buy washing up liquid or kitchen towels everything you needed was provided in the price and the cleaners kept the apartment Very clean a big flat screen TV in sitting area and bedroom with BBC1 &2 & ITV &ITV4 The Restruants were Italian Theme with exelent food all the staff in the Apartment complex we.

Lovely studio small kitchen with everything provided, best Ive been in beautiful pool area very comfortable sun beds lovely bar and itialian resturant had good menu .Towel rental for 4.00 was great area was quiet but there is 2-3 bars plently of places to eat our favourite was Tapas and Chilli very tasty and Volare bar next door worth a visit supermarket on complex is a little over priced b. Stayed at this hotel for the second time. Excellent service, the staff of Diamond Resorts and the hotel did their best to put us into the room we requested. The apartments are wonderfully equipped, the kitchen has all necessary utensils. The baby was given a baby cot and high chair. It was great that baby pool is warm and comfortable for the babies, even the smallest. The hotel has a small supermarket and a choice of books and press, which is also very nice. We Loved the animation team specially a heavy girl who teaches zumba can't remember her name now but they should get a very descent payment for their services they worked long hours , always with a smile on their faces , we loved the fact that they had a play room for the children and someone to take care of the kids whilst activities for the adults took place , the staff was great very friendly and helpful. We really liked how clean the Apt was . Lovely hotel, not far from airport, 15 euro trip by taxi, good size room with well equipped kitchen, tv in living room and bedroom, nice balcony, unfortunately no view from it, just the inside yard. Great pool, good size. Beautiful promenade, some nice places where to eat. I booked this hotel online just for one night after a 3 weeks stay at La Gomera because it was so close to the airport and because there was no wifi in the apartment (I am an electrohypersensitive person and radiation has a devastating effect on my health). I was very happy with my choice; very comfortable, good value for money and low radiation in the apartment. Perfect for the purpose I booked it for !. It's a huge beatiful hotel with spacious and nice rooms. We stayed in villas which had very good equipped kitchens. You can feel yourself safe in the hotel. There a lot of security cameras and guards walking around. The staff is friendly and helpful. We have had a very pleasant staying. Everything was great. We were surprised because we booked a studio and we were given a one bedroom apartment. Super clean and comfortable! Very well equiped as well. The swimming pool is perfect especially because it was very windy to stay on the beach. Would recommend 100%!. Santa Barbara Golf & Ocean Club didnt fail to impress from the moment I set foot inside. The welcome/reception was fantastic, the hotel spotless, the studio apartment terrific, pool and access to the sea ideal. Honestly can not fault the place at all. The resort is very beautiful both inside and outside. It is an enjoyable place with lounge furniture many in different places. The pool area is also very nice. Every night there was lovely live music at the outdoor bar. That is holiday !!. We enjoyed all aspects of our stay.The restaurant was very good,the bar area was well looked after and the staff could not have been better.There was a wide variety of activities and evening entertainment during our stay. There was no beach near the complex and very little night life this resort would not suit the young18/ 30 age group. Nothing .... they only thing I would like to see a resort bus that would do 2- 3 runs to larger supermarket /Iceland. And maybe a happy hour from 8-9 to encourage people to stay at bar. The big pool for adults was a bit cold, in my opinion. We wasn't happy with the view from the bedroom we booked , we asked for a sea view almost two months before arrival and it wasn't given to us we stayed in a apt with a massive tree blocking any view and outside was quite smelly as well. Location was not the best, not much to do locally, but 30 min bus ride to the next town (or 20 Euros for a cab). I only arrived at 7 pm and had to get up next morning (night !) at 3.30 am. Wished I could have stayed a bit longer. We got where we came/paid for so no reason to complain. Wifi was sometimes intermittent and only available in the reception area but not too much of an issue. Cleaning department didn't work well. During 10 days staying our room has been cleaned only twice. But I believe if we had asked for it, they would have been cleaned more often. Another detail I would like to mention, we stayed in V11 and it smelled bad around the front door. I think sewerage network is located somewhere near this apartment. Thankfully, it wasn't annoying at nights. Only thing, for me personally, was Golf Del Sur was a little quiet, albeit a little out of season. Having said that if thats your thing you will love it with a good selction of restaurants etc. Nothing !!. We stayed there in 2011 and they were a few planes flying over from time to time. This time, as the airport becomes more populated (I guess) there were much more so while staying at the pool it can be quite annoying. The studio has a "bed in the wall" so the room space is not that big. The area was a bit isolated. Only one half busy bar close at hand so no real variety with regards to pubs. Not close to a beach. Not many shops or a 'strip' close by (if you decide to ramp things up a bit for one day). Have to get the bus to Los Christianos for that. Minor Negative. Over all was very happy with the. Immediately adjacent there is a large building project that was never completed, and continues to deterierate. I believe due to the economic crisis in Spain. This has been like this for a number of years now, and is the only negative point. 2Bedapartment more expensive than 1bedand studios but no view. They should cost the same because of the lack of view - or was I just unlucky?. The evening animation programm is not so much interesting, we have spend 10 days in this place, and the programm was nearly the same every week. Also, there is no sandy beach in walking distance of the resort. If you have little kids who would like to play with the sand, you have to have a car to be able to go the nearest place which is approx. 10 mins drive. Slight smell of sewage from the left hand side of the hotel, looking out to sea. Nothing!. Loved everything. No beach near the hotel. Internet you have to pay for per device. There are occasional ant problems with the kitchen if you leave food out, but minor issue as the staff are quick to resolve this. WiFi is available only near reception and is not always reliable. But at least it's free. They do not let children (up to 16!) into the spa area which is a shame. The Little Italy restaurant and Pool Bar have slipped in quality since our last visit 2 years ago. The new chairs in the restaurant are uncomfortable and do not provide a relaxing environment. The pool was unheated and therefore very cold. One small minus: small ants and some very small insects were founded in the apartments, after using a spray they gone for couple of days, but then come back again. Inconsistent wifi; however I got refunded and think it is a mnor downside compared to all the upsides. Our friends had an apartment with a nasty smell which wasn't sorted and they weren't moved until two days before leaving to go home. The pool side bar and cafeteria is terrible cold unappertising food along side poor surrounding . Why not have food served on refurbished terrace bar and close pool side bar. Some building work continuing but not too disruptive. Wi-fi in rooms woulds be nice, but I know it's something they are working on at the moment. Unfortunately during our stay, there was a problem that the plug for the water boiler had an electrical fault and burnt out. We returned from an evening meal to and there was a bad burning smell in the apartment, the reception unplugged the boiler and informed us that we would not be able to use the hot water. We should have had another apartment allocated to us in the morning but this did not happen and as we were checking out the same day we did not push to be moved. Staff were a little bit uninterested! It would be nice to have a few more bars/restaurants nearby to wander to in an evening. No free wi fi, BBQ night , food prep and presentation poor, some traffic noise at our room from the road. Animation team. No sandy beach although on the coast. No breakfast for guest who are checking out early. Nearly nothing!. Free parking lot is not paved and there is no space after 6 pm (inside parking is available at acceptable price). Swimming pool was deep so didn't really suit small children. Weather!!!!, Seriously, The gym could do with another treadmill. only being allowed one internet device to be connected ...
