This hotel has it all, location, seaview, modern, design, friendly staff, good food, value for money, clean, free wfi. etc....This was definatly the best 4 star i stayed at during my 3 weeks Costa del sol tour. 10/10. Was only there two days bandb and weather was horrendous so actuallycannot comment, but hotel and staff were very good.Just came for a break, on the day I was checking out I fell ill, staffwere amazing and we stayed for 4 more days. all reviews »
We enjoyed the views from our room, the service, and weather, and a big thanks to our friend, Juan.For a competitively priced stay, we got very good service and comfort. Staff were excellent. Location is great, beautiful view and great breakfast. infront of sea,airconditioned. Very pleasant staff.Sea view. Good Food. This is the best hotel in fuengirola we looked at all of them. It location is second to none and the rooms are very clean, big, and well looked after. Free internet in the lobby was very convient, breakfast was very nice and had a huge selection. The staff were great especially the concierge and Silvia she was very helpful and prompt.Excellent room spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice balcony view and Wireless internet in the room. Yes, when i arrived to the hotel, i ask if there is anybody in carrying baggage the specially when you travel for 8 hours and you have 4 bags, i was tired. There answer was "There is a trolly in the corner you can use it." no one to help. also when i left the hotel nobody helped to carry the bags. Also they don't have 24 hours room service.Facilities such as Gym etc not available. Very thin bed room walls. You can hear people in the next bedroom opening draws.No wired Internet, very poor wireless. The keys! There was something wrong with our door (lock). We needet tochance our keys about 1-2 times every day.. Staff just said it´s our ownfault, but it wasn´T. For examble cleaning lady could not open the doorether. Our room was 10 th floor.. With the baby that was theproblem...Why they didn´t do anything about it??!!. We book the extra package with bottle of wine fruit and bath robes and slippers in room. These we had to ask for but unfortunately the bath robes and slippers never arrived. Three rooms were book one couple did not receive any of the above. The hotel is very clean and I would stay there again but only for a long weekend. The hotel walls are very thin and can hear people in the next room.
