Location and terrace view. Quiet vicinity. There was in fact the street between the hotel and beach, but rather used for parking purposes than intensive traffic. Close to Barcelona, lots of nice bars in a vicinity. Free parking. WiFi working with no problem. All not new, but very nicely maintained. Perfect place for a family holiday partly on the beach, partly sightseeing Barcelona (if you don't like driving in a busy city - bus stop nearby with a direct connection with city centre). Sorry it took so long for my review I was there in June and we had the most incredible time, great sea view, the staff was great, we had a studio with all facilities- you could cook if you wanted. The terrace was so big and they have sunbeds so you can even sunbathe in the terrace if u didn't feel like walking 1 minute to the beach.So yeah very very happy with my stay! I highly recommend this Hotel!. The restaurant beside the Hotel is great, good value for money. The staff of the Hotel is also great and friendly. Even though we have booked a room instead of an apertment, the staff was able to put a microwaves inside my room which has been very helpful. The location is also great, a crossing away from the beach - which is a great one. housekeeping was amazing, each day clean towels and bed covers, very friendly people at the reception. I love the location by seaside and our room on the top of the building with large terrace and fantastic view. We loved restaurant Fechorias just 5 minutes walk from our hotel on the right side. Proximity to Barcelona with good transport connection by trains or buses (the town is located in the 1st zone). Polite and helpful staff. Great sea view from big terrace of studio apartments. Was able to print out boarding pass for free. WiFi worked good on the 3rd floor. We used it as an airport hotel as it was much cheaper than a "real" airport hotel and our hire car wasn't going to cost any more. We had dinner in the covered terrace dining area which was good value especially the steak. Staff for breakfast was absolutely awful (no greeting, no smile, slow service) and the breakfast wasn't rich(only croissant or toast with jam). For those who sleep lightly karaoke bar can be heard even with closed windows at night. First staff guy not very helpful- did not explain about use of key to turn electricity on. Light for balcony not in our control and left on all night. Kitchen sparsely equipped- no sharp knife or mugs or smaller saucepans. Only the hard bed, but some like a firmer bed. breakfast and drinks in bar was pricey and not a lot on ur plate but hypermarket 10k towards barca was usefull and had maccys attached to it for kids. Nothing. Nothing really. The apartment's cleanliness could have been improved. The bedding was clean but several other areas were somewhat 'grungy'. the furniture is a little bit outdate. poor breakfast. stinky toilette. Internet connection was poor. The technical state of free bicycles was not good. In the appartment building in which I lived the balcony was common to all the rooms on the floor. At the same time it served as corridor for the passage to the room (there is no internal corridor in a building). It was not very comfortable walking past people vacationing on the balcony, and, accordingly, when other people were walking past you. A bit outdated, but that gives it a nostalgic look. Mattress a little hard and slow internet connection. solo bed, noisy air conditioning. a little bit noise. Breakfast was an additional $10 each. Not a very comprehensive equiped kitchen, no kettle,and nothing as good as Real Rent in Valencia. I have stayed one night also in room with view at yard. I wouldn't advice to take such rooms. nothing. Access to the room was on a walkway which was partitioned off to create small areas described as the terrace with small chairs and a table .Not very appropriate with people walking past with their luggage etc .The rooms closely overlooked the karaoke bar which was still open way after midnight. A bit old but perfectly clean. Not powerfull air-conditioner (not cool down air),Because of close karaoke in rooms 101 and 201 are too loudly. smell in the bathroom, karaoke bar after 10p.m., landing planes after 10p.m. Being near a busy road. Supposedly non-smoking room smells as a smoking room. Even though there were several alternative, vacant rooms we were given one that was closest to the main road. Nobody can speak english!!!. We booked what was described as an apartment. OK, it did have a fridge and a micro...but that was it. There wasn't even a single drinking glass or a plate. For a single night we did not care to complain but we are certainly not recommending this place.
