The location, as it overlooked a long clean white sandy beach with clear blue water and all amenities to hand, and views to envy!!! Also the varied food on offer and the refurbishments undertaken in 2013, which made it a small family, adults only, which is appreciated to most clients without children, a modern hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Well done to all!!!. Excellent location straight on to beach, very near shops cafes. Staff very helpful. Good choice of food. 5 mins transfer time from airport. Will go back to this hotel as a good bolt hole for us.
all reviews » The recent renovations have added to the look of the hotel. The staff are superb, we stayed for ten nights and enjoyed every minute we spent there. We will be returning next year for sure. Clean, basic if somewhat spartan furnishings; very good location on beachfront (but we would not want to stay during high season for fear of crowds). Location of the hotel is excellent, right on the famous ''Playa de Palma'', very close to the center of Palma de Mallorca and to Mallorca airport. Good location. Nice, clean rooms, some with balconies towards the sea. Food OK. The beach just across the little road. The all inclusive was very good, but drinks were served in plastic glasses 11am until 11pm, craved eventually for my drink to be served in a glass, but understand health, safety and staffing issues involved. Also due to late booking were allocated a room overlooking a wall belonging to the next doors building, but not a problem, need to pay extra for sea view!!!. Room and bathroom very small. Balcony had 2 chairs no table as it was so small there was not room for one. Bar for a/i closed at 11pm. Shower smelt if we didn't keep running water regular 2/3 times a day. Drain problems but think this is the area not hotel. We didn't like cleanliness of our room and also food choices. The pool?? But so close to the beach, need no pool. nothing. The receptionist gave me a list for the price about the buffet,but the next day,they increased the price without informing us first. But the food is great. - you have to pay for wifi and internet what is unaccaptable in 21 century - dinners were ok, but sometimes food was not tasty. Wine not included in All Inclusive when not eating. The bed was not very comfortable. The room was on the small side. The bathroom was also very small with limited space to hang wet clothes and towels. The air conditioning was a plus but the loud droning noise from it made sleeping difficult. Lastly wi-fi was very costly compared to the low rate at one of our previous hotels. It was free at another hotel we stayed at. The room was too small for 3 people and the closet was barely enough to store one person's clothes. The hotel meal timetable was quite strict. Very small room, payble wi-fi and very exepensive, the fact that when we checked-in the room was full of dust on the floor, payble remote for tv, very poor all-inclusive products. Any Place without proper Wifi and Indernet does not reach the lowest limit for a hotel 2013. Smal rooms. food is poor, room 415, a lot of noise.
