The helpfulness of the staff and my excellent room. convenient location. very clean, good breakfast,nice pool. The only thing we did like was our superior room balcony! There was nowireless network in any of the rooms even though they said they had. Wehad to use the computer then go down to reception to try and get aconnection! Hotel is not a 4 star at all, you just have to walk over theroad to the Sol y Mar to see a good 4 star hotel.
