Can't fault the hotel my only complaint is that I was working socouldn't enjoy the extensive facilities, thanks to all the wonderfulstaff who made our stay memorable. The hotel was very friendly and welcoming. it had buietifull views and i would defferntly revisit the hotel. we had a very enjoyable stay.Location, food, pleasant staff, quiet location, good view from room.
all reviews » Beautiful view, choice of food, location. Upon arrival at the hotel the staff were extremely friendly and assisted with a smooth check-in. Walked to the glass wall and was greeted by an amazing view and sparkling ocean. The rooms were roomy and each had balconices. Buffet breakfast and lunch were more than satisfactory and drinks extremely cheap at a euro fifty for a glass of wine. Magalluf was only 15 min walk along the ocean road. Hotel was very welcoming, staff polite and helpful. The food was very good and the hotel was spoltlessly clean. Guests were international and we felt this hotel was particularly good if you wanted somewhere a little quieter, especially during the evenings/early hours. The hotel is situated overlooking the bay and fabulous views from the balcony. Would definately go again.I liked the services in the hotel and I liked the beach and the clean swimming pool.The food in the restaurant was also very good and I am very pleased. The sea views were superb and the staff great - the bar man in paritcular. It's a lovely hotel in places.Particularly friendly staff and overall Hotell is very nice and comfortable. As the hotel is mainly all inclusive, I didn't enjoy the drinks as they appeared to be watered down and therefore half board guests don't get a good deal.Parts - our bed in particular - could've been modernised. It seemed old and creaky. Also, the food, while plentiful and excellent in places, was poor in others - especially when left out. But a good and varied spread if you got there early enough. The entertainment was just ok I know that there were only 2 young girls due to sickness etc. But 3 quizzes in a week was a bit too much.The food tasted very the same after a few nights despite the hugechoice. If having all inclusive there it would be boring after a day ortwo. The buffet was plentiful though and good atmosphere in dining area.In the booking.com description it said that all rooms had sea view butthey didn'T. But in the end I liked having the room on the other side asit got the sun in the evening. bearing in mind it was november,and other places were closed,also due to storms the pool area was closed.but we cannot blame the hotel for this.no complaints about my stay. The bar does close at 12 sharp which is unusual for a hotel. magaluf near by 10 minute walk not the best for a night out unles you fancey a night in the bull dog bar, or the brtitannia or queens inn etc (not for me!) santa ponsa 5 mins in taxi spotless clean resort better choice for a night out. separate beds. The cleaning woman started clean our room for next guests before we left hotel, she throw away some our things. Drinks for dinner are not included in halfboard. Nobody tells us this information when the drinks were offered to us. bit noisy!!. Although the choice of food was bountiful and palatably appealing, the house wines could do with improving and there was no display cabinet of wines available which is so much better than just a wine list. Also, no single glasses of listed wine available for solo travellers. light 4 star, strong 3 stár. Servıce especially old two men force people to drınk vıne for to getmoney. ıF you dont they ask for some borıng questıons. ıTs rıdıcıolus. spa, sauna, fitness. Drinks and wines for all inclusive guests were of really poor quality. Nothing much, but there was no iron available for guests and no ironing service. They offered to hire me one for a week for about 20 euros plus deposit.Unfortunately, the only town is Magaluf which is a dive, but that would certainly not stop me from coming to Cala Vinyes again and again and again!. The Buffet. More umbrellas should have been placed at the pool side. there were 5-6 in total.You either had to get up very early to get one(by placing the towels) if u were lucky, utherwise u had to hide under other peoples spaces... The aircon didn't work well.No activities for children between 10 and 18. loud conditioner,the same breakfast every morning,lack of the buses to the nearest bigger town.Sheets were not changed every day. We don't like hotel staff, they are not taking care of the clients, they didn't help us with our suitcases when we arrived. Also the cleanliness of the room was poor, the mirrows was always dirty. One day we found a big cockroach in the bathroom, we think it was cleaner job, because we didn't leave her any money. The bed was very uncomfortable. We asked for the double bed, but they gave us twin.Reception staff unwelcoming. Room was basic. Towels had to be obtained from Recetion and a deposit of 20 euros per towel left. Bed is too small and soft. Most hotel staffs are not friendly. Buffetmeals are not good. Water of pool is not clean.unfriendly staff, hurried lunch. dinner was from 7:30 to 9:30 but if you arrived at 9:30 there was nothing to eat. dirty beach.
