The location is excellent. Bathrooms very luxurious. Good choice of toiletries.

The desk staff were not particularly friendly and not very au fait with the tourism dynamics of their city.

It was a very nice and big room with a very comfortable bed, and it was very peaceful in the hallways.

I got a room with a special price and the views were a little bit strange (we could see an old house and a tight street), but then again, it was a special price and I could go for a walk along the very beautiful river that flows near the hotel

Location to the Guggenheim Museum and city attractions was excellent!

Two choices of breakfast: a cheap one with a selection of cakes, bread, orange juice, coffee, tee and milk; and a very expensive one if you want to have lunch right in the morning!

The only problem is the noise coming from other guest's bathrooms. It looked like someone was using your own bathroom.

Very convenient location, walking distance to shops, museums, etc

A little difficult to park a car to load/ unload luggage when you are not familiar with the neighbourhood.

Good breakfast. Nice and professional team. Great location, right beside the river and a little stroll away from the Guggenheim.

The heater started leaking at 6h00 the first morning. Maintenance dealt with the problem in an adequate way after breakfast. They isolated the heater (so it was inoperative, but we did not need it) and we kept the same room. The underground parking was complete most of the time; there is a public parking 500 meters away.

although we had a no smoking room, there was a smell of smoke from other rooms nearby. The room walls are very thin so any noise from other rooms or the corridor is very noticeable.
