  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us.   We liked everything about the apartment. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable.   i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
