  The apartment was excellent. Great view across the bay, very well appointed, very clean & very comfortable. A great location close enough to the beach & other facilities whilst just far enough away from the noisier nightlife! Nice to lie by the quiet pool and still be able to hear the sea! You wont find a better self-catering facility this... what people say » close to the centre of town. - No real reception. There was a problem on arrival. Either letsbookhotel.com didn't confirm our booking or the apartments didn't make a note of it. A Spainish guy made great efforts to help, but communication was a problem. His English was as good as my Spanish. Then a German guy, Ivan (Manager??) sorted it and from then on all was excellent.

  The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. - Hotel very splendid. Facilities were excellent and the general layout of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were idyllic spacious and well designed.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  We liked everything about the apartment. Very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Although we didn't use it it was great having a utility room with washing machine etc. The glassed in balcony was huge.   i really love it here i have been coming to benidorm since i was young, every time we have come to les dunes because we always have a brilliant time and it is a really good place to be. the swimming pool is georgeous, especially when the cover is up, it makes the water lovely and warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. the staff have always bee... what people say » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.

  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. There were 4 of us in a one bedroom apartment and we paid something like 12 euro each so great value. The apartment was small but we only used it for sleeping so it was fine.   i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
