  Everything. The Hotel was stunning, contemporary glass and marble. Staff were wonderful. Rooms always cleaned, breakfast fantastic. Never ate int he restaurant or went in pepes bar but looking at the menu i thought it was very reasonable and if it was like the rest of the hotel it would be fantastic. Great location also, 2 mins walk to beach, bars ... what people say » or old town. Probably a bit classy for Benidorm. - So Clean and modern. A great place to stay central to everything and the bus route.Only inprovement would have been tea and coffee in the roomsThe breakfast was excellent value for money nad a superb choice of anything including bucks fizz in the morning!!!

  Absolutely everything - and I mean that. We are senior citizens who live about an hour by motor way from Benidorm so we would never contemplate the town in high season since we can opt for whenever. The hotel served our every need. O.K. there is no pool or night time entertainment but this is no problem for us. We just wanted a few peaceful days a... what people say » way and we had just that. Also we wanted to be away (sorry folks to say this!!) from the highly populated Brit area even though we are originally from - Все отлично, ремонт отличный, уютно очень , персонал приветливый и во все готовы помочь. номера отличные, ТВ, балкон на улицу, нешумно, ванна просторная с биде, 5 полотенец в наличии , мыло два кусочка, все новехонькое, сверкает чистотой. Завтрак с 8-10 час., зал уютный столы накрыты белой скатертью льняной, столовые приборы красиво сервированы, обычный набор ветчина и несколько видов колбас. С сыром, круассаны, масло,джем и т.д. Отдыхают в основном местные, очень приятные...Есть лифт, до моря

We had a tiny problem with one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not acceptable and that we should move to a better room, which they o... what people say » rganised immediately. Benidorm is full of skyskrapers but this hotel lies in the old town which is much prettier. - The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

  Loved everything about this hotel hence the reason i came home and re-booked another holiday the same day.The hotel is spotless clean,staff very friendly and helpfull,room very comfortable and the hotel very central for everything.   The staff were very friendly, we travelled in a group of 10 and were quiet noisy some of the time but we were made to feel welcome. Not many made it down for breakfast but those who did said it was fine just what you expect from a Spanish hotel. We didnt eat any other meals in the hotel as it is so cheap to eat out around Benidorm we didn't bother... what people say » . Most of our time was spent in the bar which was a very nice place to sit out and we found the prices very reasonable. - Todo excelente. Hemos quedado en muchos hoteles en Benidorm. En el futuro 100% volveremos a Flash, no buscaremos otro hotel. Everything fantastic. We have stayed in many hotels in Benidorm over the years & this is by far the best & the one we will return to time & time again. - This was my second stay in 4 months - only short stay but very pleased with everything. The food has improved greatly in the evening. Room for improvement breakfast - juices orange etc. powdery not fresh. Also perhaps more choices of fruit. Excellent staff, very friendly and professional.
