i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money. When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.Upgraded because suites were closed could have told us before arrivingmoved to rock gardens. all reviews »
central location and value for money. The location, good sized room for the price. Good location.Not very much. there could of been a few more lights in the corridor. No balcony. It took 1 hour to check in. We asked for a cot for our 2 year old but were not informed until 11.00pm that this was not available. On the third day we were locked out of our room and were told this was as we had not paid although payment had never been asked for and we assumed payment was on check out. Both the above were remedied but no apologies made. not having rooms for 10 of us available when we arrived,took 40 mins to tell us this.
