The location is excellent, the little hill leading up to the apartments isn't too bad. The kitchens have everything you need: full size cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave. Although not exactly part of the apartment block, the Costa Games 2 cafe / bar is one of the cheapest in Benidorm. Ramona and her brother who manage the apartments ARE friendly so ignore the negative comments about them. Plenty of room round the small pool that is clean. This was excellent value, very clean & in a perfect location. You have to make your own beds & take your rubish out which is no effort & keeps the price down :) You wont find better value for a 2 bed apartment with balcony in Benidorm.
the friendly staff, massive apts, close to everything but not noisy. cheap bar, try the drinking choc at 1 euro, also recomend queen mary for brekki just up and around the corner.
We have stayed at Mayra so many times and we are always pleased! The staff, Ramona and Alex, also the staff at Cafeteria Costa Games 2 are like family to us! We love u guys...
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Loved just two apartments on one floor. Pool area kept nice. Costa cafe food very good and reasonable price. Will return as soon as.
Very quiet only 2 apartments a floor. Staff great - good cheap bar with terraces and pool. Only a short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and plenty of bars.
great staff English speaking , close to night life but not to near. great beer in the restaurant downstairs and only 1euro a pint.food great too.
Staff great, my Friend hurt his foot and they borrowed him a crutch to get about.

It was our second time staying at the mayra apartments it is clean and tidy the staff are wonderfull and it's handy to the beach and nightlife.
These are the cleanest appartments ive stayed at, 2 double bedrooms , excellent location , friendly staff , would reccommend to anyone.

The apartment kitchen is very small but adequate, there is a lack of shelf space but Ramona said that the apartments are being renovated so this should be rectified soon. The beds aren't all that comfortable, put a folded blanket under the bottom sheet and this makes the bed much more comfortable.
The swimming pool is small & in shade some of the time.
No major dislikes that we couldn't deal with.

really confused as to why the mayra would take 100 euros out of our deposit we left the appartment immaculate with beers n sweets for the staff all whom we know was going to go back in august for 2 weeks with the family for our summer holiday but hey theres loads of other places to stay.

Downstairs door into the building did not lock all the time automatically at night so could have been a security problem.
Too many noisy drunks turning up after 2.00am
No air con or ceiling fans so you had to sleep with the windows wide open.

Not being told until we got there that we had to pay £150 that would be
put on hold just incase things got broken or went missing.

Being given out to a check in with a list of rules, treated like children not 40/50 year old women.

Poop on the toilet brush holder and water would n't be hot
for long...
You need to book transfers and if you want to keep the apartment one
more day you need to do this at least three days in advance ... you wont
be told this on arrival.
Waiting to receive deposit on checkout.It may have just been a com,s problem but if you are checking out early morning let them know the day before.
the pool was freezing and dangerous, and staff not 2 pleasant...
