everything was just right. the food. thoroughly enjoyed it, went for Valentines, flower for the lady,glass of cava given freely. all staff helpful from reception thru to all. busy too,. very friendly atmosphere. The location, the staff, and the breakfast menu , where all very good. the staff in reception. excellent breakfast good swimming pool however we did not make use of other facilities as we were visiting friends in spain. all reviews »
Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Good location.Facilities. Proximity to all main areas. rooms very clean and warm. the reception staff were very supportive after my friend had been mugged outside the hotel. very welcoming ,warm and comfortable.Breakfast, position of hotel. The food.Full entertainment programme. noise from above and next door.no but would love to have tea available with dinner. up a hill from the beach, but thats a personal thing. the hill. Very hard bed. the single beds were uncomfortable for a couple!. as a resident and having a hire car i did not like the fact i had to pay for parking in the hotel car park especially as there where only ever 2 cars at maximum in the car park. Room was old and much more basic than anticipated. Whole hotel a bit tired. Needs some TLC. hotel need updating dining room long and narrow. noisy drunken guests banging on doors at 3am. carparking charges should be abolished or discounted for guests of the hotel. I was there, when mostly older people were there, wals were bit thin, so we could here other people and mostly snooring, or hight shoes in the night.Maybe summer is better, when more young people are there, and also program adn activities are probably more for younger.The entertainment was very childish - even after 11pm. It seemed to consist of other holidaymakers' children dancing with the entertainers. Not my idea of entertainment. Breakfast too much hassle and congestion. Queue for 10 mins for tea or coffee.Rooms are in urgent need of upgrading. Would not stay there again. A/C did not work. Too far from the beach for a beach holiday. Breakfast food was bad. People gathering on their balconies until 1am to party, very loud as the shape of the hotel around the pool creates a sound-trap. The layout of the hotel was not the best and it took us at least 1/2 hour to find our room, there was insufficient information and signs to show us how to get to the room even the security guard was unsure! Your reviews stated the hotel was approx 250 metres from the Marina this was totally untrue. The rooms were not very clean with insufficient towels and pillows and not even a rubbish bin.
