Amazing hotel which is very well designed. All inclusive is great value, Kids club is brilliant and enabled us to have a break too! We had a fantastic time and are going to book again next year.

Loved everything about this hotel. Very secure and clean. Lots to do. Only a €9 taxi into the centre. Can't wait to go back with the children.
The all-inclusive offered made it value for money. The decor of the
place and the birds, turtles and fish gave it an added dimension.

Paying for wifi is a disgrace in today's world, understaffed in reception as they seemed to have everything centralised there, price high for eating (we were not all-inclusive), having to pay for every little thing and deposits here and there, choice of tv channels is not great,.
The rooms could be cleaned a little better, the silverware was dirty in our room.

The reception staff don't know about tv channels. So we didn't
get the answer if there is a Russian tv channel. Impossibility to take
children to the Sauna.

Early closing time of aqua park. All inclusive was not all inclusive many hidden charges ( wifi etc ) a la carte restaurants expensive.
the hotel is far away from restaurants and good beach. staff rate was not enough for the big number of customers.
We went in the off season and everything on the beach side was closed.
The indoor pool is in the spa and only open from 3pm - 7pm and cost 5
euro per person for 2 hours of usage. The buffet was not what I would
expect from a 4 star resort. We paid for half board and were charged
extra for milk for our children and any other drink besides water. They
also did not have the bottle of wine I requested off their menu.

Poor entertainment, all the additional extras you needed to pay for (not a proper all inclusive compared with previous experiences), staff worked hard but apart from a very small number, they were not particularly friendly, pool was too small and unclean for a hotel of that size (regardless of the beach club). Surroundings starting to look worn for a relatively new hotel and decor not maintained in rooms.
