  There are ample beds - 7 in total in 4 rooms. The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport. Facilities are complete and working perfectly, with adequate towels provided daily. There are food stalls nearby to get your ... what people say » stuffs for own cooking - we found this to be much cost efficient for our hungry family members :D - The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

  Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom.   The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. Quiet place if no sport matches take place on the stadium near by. The interior was very nice, cleaners cleaned every morning and it looked fresh every time we came back from the beach.   We were 3 people in an appartment with 2 rooms. There was plenty of space. Everything was excellent. Location is good, 3 min walk to a big metro and bus node (Placa Espanya) - All as a small hotel should be plus excellant staff and management. Very helpfull. Highly recommended
