I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds
were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for
the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely
touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little
things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful.

Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. The flat was beautifully decorated , well equipped , quiet , clean and perfect for a family . The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro.

For our small family 2+2 this apartment was perfect. Jan greeted us on arrival and was super friendly. Heaps of space and great cooking facilities in the apartment which is great after you buy fresh food from the San Antoni Market just a stone throw away. Fedral cafe is located just downstairs and is a great place for Breakfast with fantastic coffee. We will be back.

We loved the location. We arrived in the city at 9am after our flight, dropped our bags at the hostel and walked to a nearby cafe then to the Sagrada Familia. Our bags were in our apartment by 2pm and we enjoyed the great coffee provided and the size and comfort of the modern, clean rooms.
