  One of the best places we've ever stayed. There are some reasons below: 1. There are two cool guys Fernando (the owner) and Asif (his colleague) at reception desk. If it's your first stay in Barcelona they can explain all things you need at the city. They are really welcome and helpful. Other stuff is nice as well and never bothers you. 2. Dur - This was a great place to stay. We were a family of 5 travelling with 3 teenagers. We stayed in apartment 1 with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 3 full bathrooms. Although all beds seem to be quite firm in Spain, they were more comfortable than most. The apartment had a large patio that could be used in cooler weather. The apartment was well located and extremely reasonably priced for the quality. The staff were wonderful and even waited for us for our arrival after midnight. I read a few reviews a

  The apartment was clean. The bigger apartments come with a big patio that is very useful for outside eating. Great customer service from the owners. - A good location within easy reach of the sites (with or without the useof Metro). Fantastic value for money and our contact was very helpful.

  Welcome and facilities were great.We were able to park the car, for a fee, in the underground car park. Free wi fi was great for the children and we were able to book tickets in advance for trips. Location could not have been better, able to walk to many sight seeing locations and right on the edge of all the posh shops.   Upon arrival the Receptionist explained absolutely everything we needed to know: he also helped us with our luggage to the room on the 5th Floor! The apartment was in a very very excellent place and it was so easy to access the best places to see in barcelona... the staff was very efficient in evey way and even made arrangements for us giving us the right information for any of our queries and arranging taxis etc for us.   The apartments are not central but conveniently located close to two metro stations, which is on the same line as many of the tourist attractions. The furnishings are basic but everything is kept spotlessly clean. There are plenty of shops close by to buy basic food requirements but not really any decent places to eat. Joan, the manager, is very... what people say » helpful. He sat down with us the first evening and showed us all the places we wanted to see on a map and explained how to get there. He also suggest - Very friendly staff and very good value for money. Was the same price as the cheapest hotels but receive much more than a normal hotel room with two bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom. It isnt in the centre of town but it is very close to the main line on the metro which is a 10 min ride away from the centre of town. Overall more than what you need if you plan to be out all day
