The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather. Beach was 10 minutes walk, Metro 5 minutes walk. Barcelona harbour and centre was a 30 to 40 minute walk along the seafront which is a flat easy walk. Plenty of cafes, supermarkets and fruit/veg shops nearby. Our apartment, although ground floor, had use of the roof terrace.

Loved the privacy of our own place. Restaurant options for QUALITY food was much better in this neighborhood than the tourist areas. We felt like we were part of the real neighborhood, not the tourist section. -

Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

Mind that it's an appartment is not a hotel, you can prepare your meal and cooking. It's possible to save money with street food, nice place and new, well decorated, the kitchen devices it's pretty good. Wi Fi works very good. It's close Plaza Catalunya, near the transportations. Amazing

Apartment located in a very quiet residential area. Floor windows are beautiful. The location and modernity of the apartment is the best. The staff who took the management of the reserve was very welcoming and friendly. We prefer to take the subway to save time, although occasionally prefer to walk to know the area in which we were staying.

The apartment is within short walking distance to Marina and Monumental metro station. Even we managed to walk to Placa de Catalunya where we catch the Aerobus to the airport.

The staff Was supernice we could leave our luggage there, I could print train and bus tickets for free. Two of our friends came a bit later however it Was no problem they could do the checking one day later. Fresh towels everyday and the infobook in the appartment is very useful too!!

Great little grocery shop just a couple of doors down, open till 2300 even on Sundays! Fantastic cafe bar on the other side with streetside tables. The apartment was very modern and spacious and contained everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans through to hairdryer and hair straighteners. The ensuite shower room was amazing, shower was perfect. We loved having drinks on the balcony, although would have been nicer if wasn't raining all weekend :(. Very impressed with everything.
