  The apartment is well located in the center of the city. It is within walking distance to many attractions or to the Metro. I especially liked the fact that we were able to take the Aeroporter bus to & from the airport for a very reasonable price. You can walk from the drop off & pick up location for the Aeroporter to the apartment. The welcoming pack was a pleasant surprise, because for a short stay you require food stuff in small quantities. The decoration and furnishings were stylish and conveyed a homely atmosphere. The location was excellent, close to Placa Catalunya, public transport, shops and even take away outlets.

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. Receptio... what people say » n and the flats are close together and in close proximity to the airport bus stop. The metro and a market and a grocery store are very close too. - 1. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!

  I have never been so pleasantly surprised by a reservation. The staff at Mar Bella is incredibly helpful, friendly, and English-speaking. The location was perfect for staying in the city for a few days or longer. I was there with a group of friends, so we rented 2 of the 3 bedroom apartments. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and eating all together before leaving for the day on the - Great apartment with plenty of room for our kids. We have a 5 year old and twin 3 year olds. The free wifi in the apartment was very fast and our children were able to watch their cartoons on the tv in English since we were shown how to change the language on the tv. It was only a 15 minute walk to the Mar Bella beach and to the Rambla del Poblenou street that had many restaurants. The Poblenou metro station was 10 minutes walk away that we could take to all of the sites in the heart of Barcelo

  We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

  A fantastic modern apartment in an old beautiful prestigious baroque old building. This apartment is fabulous as the staff was very helpful and very kind : Jordi & Rafa. Easy to got the keys as i called from the airport and meet directly Rafa at the frontdoor of the building. Top apartment, everything's perfect from the big bedroom with 2 win... what people say » dows, Safetybox, from the big bathroom that is splendid with it's Italian shower, the kitchen is great with induction cooking system and all is brand - The location was premium and we didn't mind having to walk to the beach as we had great shopping and restaurants nearby (including Samoa which serves dinner earlier than most restaurants - perfect for those with a young family). We loved loved loved Barcelona, and the accommodation contributed a lot to that great experience.

  It was great. As the price was very good I didnt expect a lot but then I was really surprised about this wonderful place. It is not the typical hotel or hostel you may know it is more like a big flat with several rooms. Some of them have an own bathroom for the rest there is one shared bathroom. It is definitely not the right place for people who dont like to get in touch with other - Perfect location, my partner and I walked absolutely everywhere. The hotel itself is a beautiful floor of a townhouse right on rambla catalunya (not to be confused with la rambla as we did!) seemed to us like the 'posh end' of la rambla, our room faced the bustling street with our own little balcony with beautiful views up and down, there is also a larger terrace/balcony off the communal living area for smokers or just evening drinks, not a brilliant view from back terrace but is still very ple

  Great location, very close to the city centre. Nice neighbourhood. Appartment is small, but very nice. Interior is white and red, nice design, I also liked the rolling TV-set. The best in the appartment is a lovely spacious terrace with a beautiful view.
