  The location was perfect for shopping and getting into town to see all the sights. The balcony made our stay so much more enjoyable by allowing us to eat outside and enjoy the weather.   Great place to have a quite retreat from the city. David spoke good English and was very helpful. The house is in a super location to find and to depart from if driving and a short walk to catch the metro into the heart of city or to the harbor. We just parked our car nearby and never used it at all in Barcelona. Between a Hop on and off bus ticke... what people say » t and the metro you can get all over the city easily. The room was nice clean and the beds great. It was very nice to have a little back yard to relax - Best appartment ever!!! The room is really spacious, the view from the balcony was nice.It feels really good when you sip the Sangria sitting on the balcony and the enjoy the sunshine from Barcelona!!! The owner David was so helpful, he prepared the map for us and gave lots of useful advice.The location was not that city center but very safe and close to the metro, it's about 10 mins walk which is nothing to me , cuz you can enjoy the view and everything. Highly recommend to ya'll~~~

  The apartment was extremely clean and the staff cleaned it every day. The place was wonderfull, it was far from La Rambla and the beach but very close to the Sagrada Familia and more locals than tourists could be seen in this area. I definately recommend this place. - Had a really good 2 night stay here. Yes the staff speak absolutely no English but that is hardly the end of the world! Our apartment was clean, a good size and well equipped. The location is great. Lots of nice bakeries within 5 minutes walk which were ideal for breakfast. Close to metro station. The breakfast was great and didn't end super early like many of the other hostels I've been to.   This apartment was great-really spacious and modern, well equipped kitchen and perfect for our 2 night trip to Barcelona. One double bedroom and one twin with a sofa bed upstairs in the lounge. Plenty of room for a family. Check in is a 6/7 minute walk away from the apartment and has very secure underground parking there.(22 Euros a day/night, you... what people say » can stay on the final day until mid afternoon.) Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The nearest metro we found was Sagrada Familia - We really enjoyed our stay at Sensation Urban design of the duplex and its modern furnishings were exactly as promised. It was great to have the two living levels. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the patio as it was cold and rainy during our stay.

  The stuff was really friendly. Although there was no car parking belonging to the apartment, there were plenty of spaces on the street. The green zone is free of charge after 20:00 but it's more difficult to find something. There is a shopping center 10min by walk with a free car park for 2 hours. The lift in the apartment was really small but they gave us a key to the storage on the ground floor to leave a - For value for money this place was fantastic. We were 12 friends on a birthday weekend and for 4 nights it cost us £100 each. Apartments had all the facilities with an amazing view for the Sagrada Familia. All of our party were very happy with the apartments. Metro is 2 blocks away from the apartments and you are no more than 20 minutes away from all the major landmarks in the city. Highly recommended!
