We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. On arrival the staff were welcoming and friendly and very helpful . The apartment was bright , clean , spacious and was very well equipped . It was very well located for all conveniences of Barcelona . We arrived at 11.30 am and we're allowed to check in at that time which was brilliant . We needed to print off boarding passes and the girl on reception was most helpful and did it without any trouble . I would stay at Whotells again
