We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. We were met by Berta who reacted very quickly to our phone call to let
us in to our penthouse apartment serviced by a lift. The apartment was
magnificent with a balcony running its whole length where we would have
our meals. The kitchen was extremely well equipped lacking for nothing.

Очень уютный апартотель, со всем необходимым оборудованием для комфортного проживания. Отличное месторасположение, рядом море, прогулочная улица с множеством кафе и магазинов. Немного вдали от центра, но для нас это было не проблемой. Тем, кто любит много гулять, вам сюда. По красивой набережной вдоль моря и гуляющих барселонцев до Рамблы около часа пешком. Или можно взять велосипед и домчаться за 10-15 минут. Барселона осталась в нашем сердце и если вернуться то только в это отель.

about the apartment was better than the very correct, agreeably modest
descriptions on the net. Whoever designed the flat we stayed in had
terrific taste and picked the very best of everything, from the towels

Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything. The Gentleman who received us (Family of 6 ) although he wasn't on duty for the remainder of our stay, he was extremely helpful, pleasant and understood and spoke english very well. The others were pleasant. The location was very close to Parc Guell. The kids liked the pool. -

Big nice confortable quiet room.
When I booked the room I mentionned it was for a surprise birthday for my fiancé, and when we arrived in the room there was a big heart with happy birthday drawn on the mirror. Very sweet.
