1. There are two cool guys Fernando (the owner) and Asif (his colleague) at reception desk. If it's your first stay in Barcelona they can explain all things you need at the city. They are really welcome and helpful. Other stuff is nice as well and never bothers you.

This was a great place to stay. We were a family of 5 travelling with 3
teenagers. We stayed in apartment 1 with 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 3
full bathrooms. Although all beds seem to be quite firm in Spain, they
were more comfortable than most. The apartment had a large patio that
could be used in cooler weather. The apartment was well located and
extremely reasonably priced for the quality. The staff were wonderful
and even waited for us for our arrival after midnight. I read a few

it was a family holiday trip, had a wonderful time. We spent 5nights with a 7yr and a 4 year old. We booked this place because it had everything we thought we wanted.
From start to finish the Apartment was nice and clean ,receptionist Clara was really friendly, polite and helpful .

These apartments have a lot of space which allowed everyone to have their own rooms.
They were equipped with everything you could need except toothpaste. The bathroom came with towels, shower gel and toilet paper.
It was very easy to find and near kfc, burger king and McDonald's so if you didn't want to cook you had those choices.
A small shop is opposite and is open until late for basic groceries and a larger one is a few minutes away.
The beach is a ten minute bus ride and easy to find.

We rented a two bedroomed apt and it was excellent, clean and very modern as seen in pictures. Wifi was good as well. We had a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. Sofa bed was comfortable.
