What a brilliant concept. It's like being in your own home (actually no, it's like being in the home of a very stylish, wealthy friend!) - but better as you don't have to clean up! The owner Santiago met us upon arrival at the apartment. He gave us a very thorough run down of Barcelona and recommended local tapas bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a nice residential area away from the main hustle and bustle and it furnished to a high standard. It is within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and metro. It would have no reservation in recommending these apartments to friends.

The Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, Modernista Barcelona with the Gaudi masterpieces and Joan Miro art, the plazas and markets, Roman ruins, the parks, waterfront and mountains, all very accessible with the excellent metro system and fantastic tourist bus made our 5 day trip one of the most interesting holidays I have ever had.
