Location, location, location. As all the travel guides say, you must get one of the rooms with a tiny balcony overlooking the square. Fabulous ever changing show to watch from the room, not noisy during normal sleeping hours. In the heart of the old city, yet tucked away. We walked everywhere. Helpful, friendly, efficient staff. Great hot water.

1) Wonderful staff - Alex was great but George was amazing - both really helpful and kind. Anything in their porwer will be done for your convenince stay.

A really small business with only about 8 rooms. Really friendly staff, very welcoming and explained everything when we got there. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The room had double glazed doors so there was hardly any street noise and the building itself is gorgeous! It's walking distance to La Sagrada Familia and just about walking distance to Las Ramblas and then onto the beach. It's also very close to Tetuan metro stop. Location is good, 15 mins walk to Ramblas. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and quite safe.
Lots of good food and very affordable.
Check in and out was smooth and David helped us with everything we need. Sandra was very helpful too.
Lay out of the unit is very good and comfortable even for 6 people.
I don't mind going back again.
