Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted.   Apartment was in a great location, very handy for metro/tram/buses. Apartment 4-2 was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The supermarket being close by as well as some great restaurants and cafes was a big plus. The beds and pillows were soooo comfy. Often in hotels you will get pillows that are so hard that you end up sleeping without.   I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
