I liked the new style, the decoration, the cleanliness and the help we got from the hotel´s staff...everything was very nice

The location is not in the best neighbourhood to go shopping or to get around. However, you can find cafés, metro station and the city bus tour in about 10 minutes walking (maximum), and to get to the Ramblas it is about a 10 Euros taxi..not that bad

The Hotel is on the perfect location, very well secured and makes Youfeel at home. The staff is always smiling and more than willing toprovide You with any kind od information regarding the city etc. Allservice were provided with maximum of efficiancy.

The hotel is on a nice location among 3 metro stops,very close to placa Espanya,in a quite enough area.The staff is very polite and they speak english well.The rooms were perfect,although not very spacious,but impressive with very nice decoration.The bathroom was excellent.

The hotel was perfect,the only thing I didn't like was the fact that we had to ask for the key of the window when we wanted to open it,but this didn't spoil our stay there.

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed at a hotel in the Vincci group and I have found the hotels very comfortable both times. comfortable rooms, with good facilities.this time I was staying in an ajoining room, which did mean that I had to put up with a little bit of noise from teh next door guest, (guests were not overally noisy, but you could hear them showering and generally moving about)

Staff was very helpful in helping us find the tourist bus and restaurants. Tourist bus stop was was only a few blocks away.

The hotel was lovely and the fact that it was just a little away from the centre of the city was good as it was quieter. The metro was a minute away and to the city centre was 5 mins which was great

There wasn't enough selection for english speakers on the television so you are forced to buy the hotels tv, movie and music package which is quite expensive.

A very modern hotel with fabulous design inside the rooms. Fantastic location (between 3 metro stations). Very quiet area. You will love this hotel.

Hotel has no bar. So if the night after your walk want a drink yoy have to take one of the mini bar in yoyr room.

Lovely hotel for the price. Not too far out of city cente( about7 euro for taix at night), good transport nearby.

We booked a double room but got a twin room with beds pushed together. A bit annoying

Main complaint is that internet access at 5E for 1hr is of no help when it only lasts for the one continuous hour. Usually I purchase one hour and use it over the time at the hotel. There was nothing at the time of purchase to explain this or suggest for 7.5E I could have bought a credit for one hour.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the hotel was just two minutes away from the placa espanyol which was very convenient.

The lighting in the room was poor, so not recommended for people who apply makeup and we couldnt open the window which meant it got very stuffy.

Hotel was less than a block away from local and tourist bus routes. Quiet area just off the main street. Not alot of restaurnats in the area but the price was right.

The hotel was conveniently located next to a metro station, although a few stops away from the old town center. it was quiet and clean and had good breakfast.

They need to operate a bar at the lobby in case you are too tired to go out and you want to have a drink untill midnight or something.
