Central location in the beautiful and charismatic Gothic quarter, walking distance to Las Ramblas and the beach.Very friendly owners, provided with useful information and map. Also requested flight details so could greet us when we arrived, and provided very useful directions and map from Airport. Also free Wifi. Would highly recommend Mapamundo, thanks for a loverly hostel. It was very nice. I really loved staying here, the people were very nice to me and I had a good time. The location of the hostel is also great, you are in the middle of the center, so you can always have a walk without thinking about taking buses. Another positive point: there is no curfew, so you are free to go in and out of the hostel at any time. Great localization, close to the beautiful beach and metro station drassanes. The relationship between price and quality is amazingly good. Nice staff, rooms are perfect,were cleaned bathroom every 24/7. If i go to Barcelona returned this cool hostal. Everything was excellent, I will definitely return to Barcelona and stay at the same hostel :), The place itself has a good location, just a few minutes away from metro station.Las rambla, beach, park ciutatella, i would recommend to all my friends :). The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. And spacious. And my room had drawings on the ceiling, very beautiful once. Wonderful. Staff is very helpful! I couldn't reach wifi from the room, but the computers in the public area have very fast Internet. I booked an 6 dorm during my stay in Barcelona and it was a very lovely stay. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful in directing me to the metro right metro line to see La Sagrada Familia. For the price it was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff, helped us with every problem, and the location was great too. Close to the city, close to the beach.. I would recommend this place at any time, and I will return for sure!!. Top location in the old streets of Barcelona. Light rooms with good atmosphere, only downside can be the noise (you will find earplugs on your bed) But great choice if you want to stay in Barcelona! Also nice shared small kitchen. The ones biggest advantage is cheap price and that hostel is 3 min away from La rambla 5 min away plaza real It is excellent place if you came to Barcelona with the intention of spending time on street and just sleep in the Hostel. I only stayed one night, but everything was very clean. It was nice to have a safety box., free wifi, The staff who checked me in was very nice and helpful to find things around the hostel. The Location is excellent for the beach and centre city, staff gave me some recommendations for lunch and drink. I stayed in madrid room and it have a nice ceiling and fireplace, good price and very clean. Super easy to get into the city from here, all the staff were super friendly, really clean. 4 euro for sheets and 4 euro for a towel is quite a lot, I suppose. 8 euro does make a difference in the end if to compare with the other places. It was noisy as the room was facing the street, but staff is so nice that they provide you with earplugs. That I couldn´t smoke indoors.. noisy street but not big deal, they gave us earplugs!!. Only issue in some rooms, it might be a little bit too noisy at night but they provide me FREE earplugs!!!. the check out time. yo can`t smoke there. you can not smoke in the rooms.. We initially stayed in a room on the 2nd floor that was very small (not even a cupboard) and a kind of sewage smell. But after changing everything was perfect. hum...nothing really.. late arrival fee. they ask 10€ if you do check in after 22:00. no smoke in the Hostel :( but its ok respect the enviroment!. The reception is not open all the time. That I could not stay more nights. It was full. - little too loud. nothing, all good. 10€ for check in after 10pm :(.
