A shared kitchen allowed cooking own meals, staff spoke perfect english and was very helpful - they even made some calls to solve a problem that happened to us while visiting another hotel. Our room was quite small but clean, functional and nice. The pension is staffed at almost all hours of the day, so felt safe. The location was quiet despite being in the centre of town. The shared bathrooms and kitchen were always kept clean. I liked that the staff were helpful.

We had a private bathroom but it was so small that it was sometimes difficult to move in it. There were a group of students staying there who ran up and down the corridor making noise and the staff did not ask them to be quiet so it kept us awake. The rooms are tiny, which was ok, but just enough room 2 backpacks on the floor. Being up on the fourth floor means you must be prepared to walk up and down with tired legs and bags. the climb after long day walking in city but should help fitness. Tiny rooms (2x3m double room). VERY noisy inside the rooms facing the inner courtyard, walls paper-thin, felt like sleeping in the middle of reception, couldn't sleep for the entire trip. A little noisy. 3rd floor without elevator... Think of park your car outside of the center (we parked around the university) and come with the underground (car parks rares and really expensives otherwise!). High floor without an elevator. the five flights of stairs was expected, but tiring for me, age 78. and my sister, age 81. Luckily a guest carried up my sister's bag. Stairs can be painful if you like walking around all day then get back to the hotel and realise oh no, walls a little thin. Nothing really, except it is a 3 story walk up!. on 3rd floor. Quite a bit of noise drifts in from the street. Nothing. we booked a room for 2. As we were a couple, we asked for a double bed. However, we got a room with 2 seperate beds that we were unable to put together... It was really unconfortable... Lots of stairs to climb, not good with a suitcase but fine with backpack. Thin walls For some ppl - stairs (third floor). Third floor without lift. No elevator and 4 stories to climb. Very small dorms. Stairs!.
