The location is great. This hotel is in the heart of the city with easy access to tours, buses,subway, shopping and fabulous restaurants. The Oilvia Plaza is a trendy boutique hotel with a very nice outdoor eating area. We had a suite which was well worth the price. There were only six rooms on the 9th floor and the terraces overlooked the square which is a lovely view. everything...we both travel a great deal (between the two of us probably 30 hotels a year) and this is now on my favourites list. The location was as good as it could get, the staff were helpful and courteous, the room was modern, clean and comfortable with a view which was fantastic, the bar and terrace were welcome havens from the bussle of the city..all reviews »
We were met by the most helpful and friendly staff you could ever wish to meet. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was stunning with a stunning view over the Placa Catalunya square. The hotel location is exquisite with the Eurobus shuttle fromm the airport stopping you right in front of the hotel. Id loved this hotel.by far the nicest most stylist hotel I have ever stayed in..I loved the staff members.they always greeted us and always smiled and chatted to us..so friendly.cleanliness of room and loved the way the had a pakage which contained all the items you would need for your stay.The location, the hotel staff, cleanliness and room facilities. We were on honeymoon and the staff served us champagne on the house and was very helpful. On my next trip to Barcelona I will sure stay there again. The hotel is maybe the one with the best location in this part of Barcelona.
