1)"Standard Room" there was a big three person round Jacuzzi tub that was magnificent to relax in after a long day of walking -2) the bed was not a normal hard euro bed (it was soft down) two soft pillows ea and had electronic reclining.-3)baby cot fit in the room leaving the foyer to easily fit a stroller, and two large suitcases-4)the hotel was in the middle of everything to do in Barcelona.

Next time i'll know. Very disappointed in the Montecarlo. The night before, I stayed at Atrium Palace (letsbookhotel.com) for 100 euros less per night and not only was the room just as good, the services were far superior. Complete turn down service at the Atrium versus none at all the first night at Montecarlo. 2nd night only linen mats at bedside. Not even dirty towels replaced. Atrium a much nicer experience.overall.
