The location was great, near to the beach and away from the hustle of Las Ramblas. location. The view from the flat wasn't great, but the veiw from the roof pool was stunning. Apartment was not clean.

The apartment should be in a clean condition and perfect state of repair. Should this not be the case, the deposit will not be refunded. Extra cleaning of apartments can be requested for a surcharge of EUR 30. Noise should be kept to a minimum level after 21:00 and parties are strictly forbidden in the apartment and all common areas. The replacement of lost/stolen keys will incur a charge of EUR 50 per key. The guest who made the booking is responsible for the appropriate behaviour of other guests staying with them. The establishment has the right to ask any misbehaving guests to leave, with no means of reimbursement and without returning the deposit. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
