Очень стильный и красивый дизайн комнат. Номер чистый и светлый, окна выходят на оживлённый перекрёсток, однако в номере не слышно уличного шума. Персонал внимательный и заботливый.

Небольшое неудобство вызвало то, что через дверь ведущую в номер хорошо слышно всё происходящее в коридоре.

Beautiful chic rooms

Not a 24hr reception so u might need to give heads up on check in check out times so to know what the arrangements are if staff aint there. Staff however are extremely friendly and helpful so not really a downside at all.

Nice spacious , clean Rooms In a good location

No one was there during our check in time at midnight even though they were informed in advance for our arrival time . It's more like a house rather than a hotel

The room was beautiful, with a huge bed and "rain" shower, slippers, bath robes etc. The staff were welcoming and friendly and showed me to my room, as well as pointing out where everything was in relation to the hotel on a map.

Nearly at the center of the city, so it is close to everywhere. Very helpful staff. Perfect place to stay. 2 minutes walk to placa de catalunya and la rambla, 10 minutes to barcelonetta, 5 minutes to AV. Diagonal.

A little hard to find the hotel at first. There is no sign.

The hotel was great, staff were fantastic, very helpful. Room was beautiful, recently decorated and very clean. Location was good - very short walk though a neighbourhood with some great fabric shops to get to Place de Catalunya - one of the main squares where you can easily reach Las Ramblas. Would recommend this hotel to everyone (except families with small children as there isn't a lot of public space)

breakfast not included, stuff is not there all the time.Please add to the Hotel description - using the elevator - press "P" for the floor where the Hotel is located. We had a hard time the first day ,it's important especially when loaded with suitcases.

I have to give full stars to this boutique! My favor to it started since the e-mail communication. I changed my deluxe double room from no.5 To no.2. Because No.2 Facing the street, and has a very lovely balcony. The location is also good, very near to La Rambla and plaza Catalunya. My hub said the bathroom is the best he used in the whole honeymoon trip. All these advantages you can know from the introduction of the hotel. Jaime, the host, is so nice and helpful. His kindness is fully shown and gave us a heartfelt comfort and support when we met the flight ticket problem. I called him from airport and hope we can stay one more night, and he arranged a girl (sorry i forgot your name) for our check-in who is also nice. At the next morning, we had to leave within half an hour and he helped to settle every thing correct and clear in such a short time. I must say thank you again, Jaime, if you can see the comments.

Very clean and stylish. Sense of privacy, quiet. Like a private home. Excellent location in the heart of Barcelona.

No front desk. Help is available, but you're sort of on your own.

Amazing rooms, central location, fantastic staff and just generally made for a great foundation for a wonderful experience.

The only criticism I could possibly think of is that the lack of a bathtub takes away from the romance a little... but that's being very picky

This hotel is very well located a short walk to the old city and public transport. The décor and fittings were all first class, very clean and nice. The rooms were very quiet even with a view to the street. The king bed was extremely comfortable and the tv had many English channels. The manager was extremely helpful and keen to please. There is no front desk nor is there a clear big sign identifying the entry, you need to call the manager to gain entry. The car-park is in the next block so if you have a car unloading at the hotel is the best option (if you can find a park)..

The toilet was separate to the bathroom with no bidet or hand basin.

The location was really excellent! The room were clean and with much daylight. The balcony were nice with flowers on and with a view towards the street. The wifi worked very well.

We booked a deluxe double room but the room was the same as the ordinary double room in the pictures at letsbookhotel.com. No sofa or slippers and smaller than in the description. The staff was absent and only reachable by phone. Even though the wall might be soundproofed, the doors were definitely not soundproof so you could here the other guests going in and out.

Quiet and clean. Nice location when you finally found the hotel. Small hotel without no servises but we didnt need breakfast ect. Nice coffee shops near by.

for the price of the rooms you would not expect to get such fantastic design and space . Beds large and comfy, bathrooms luxury. Although no check in desk (it does state hostal) if you are an independent traveller this is not a problem. Jamie was around if you needed him. Would go again.

No usual hotel facilities such as receptionist, bar area, lounge, etc. no English speaking television channels no wash basin in toilet

We were not given the "superior" room we booked but rather a standard room, with no explanation whatsoever. Standard rooms lack a bathroom door and toilets are separate. Also we didn't get any toiletries after the first night so we had to buy our own soap. Staff is not present most of the time. A bit of a shambles really
