The room we were moved to was fabulous & was great value. Staff were friendly & it was a great base for exploring Barcelona.

The room we were given initially was very small & claustrophobic with little natural light. I couldn't have stayed in it for 4 days/nights.

This hotel was excellent! Tge rooms have very cool designs and it seems that they look at every detail. It is well located in a nice area. Really loved our stay!

Fantastic location, close to La Rambla and other attractions, easy to get to and from the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all aspects. Comfortable beds, very clean, little nice details like complimentary sweets, coffee and tea. Breakfast is super fresh, deserts are not just danish pastries or maffins, but actual cheese cake, tarts and other yammi things. Great selection of coffee and chocolate drinks. The bar tender Giuseppe will mix anything for you, but try his special spicy apple martini if you like a bit of a bite, you won't regret it.

Nothing to complain about, maybe some basic utenciles like plates, forks and knives would be helpful to have in the room, but you can always ask for them.

Location.huge comfortable bed. Housekeeping do not disturb you in the morning so you can sleep without being woken up every half hour. Bar beside pool is nice

The fire doors on rooms were noisy so our neighbours woke us up a lot in the morning. The mini bar only had one small 330ml water in it every day so you had to call room service every time you wanted a drink.

Lovely decor in rooms. Staff great! Even arranged tickets to see Barcelona play football! Extremely generous drink servings! Great location. Didn't eat here but food looked lovely. Lovely and clean and decent sized rooms.

The hotel is completely new. We had the room facing the pool area(cons of the street). The room was very clean with comfortable beds, with enough space, free juices and water in the refrigerator, tea and coffee maker with coffee and tea bags (refilled every day) and with very nice and clean bathroom. It was very quiet, except few evenings when some guests were having fun in the pool area till 1.30. Near the hotel there are more than few restaurants where you can eat well at a reasonable price. The hotel is close enough to Gracia Boulevard (50m) and La Rambla (100m) and Placa Catalunya (150m), but far enough away from the crowds, in the safe neighborhood. Metro station Pasaig de Gracia is also very close (50m). Location of the hotel is excellent. Casa Mila (La Pedrera) and so-called Apple of the discord (with famous Casa Battle) are 300m from the hotel. Hotel is close to lot of shoping streets (the expensive ones and the cheaper). The connection to the Airport grounds is a direct with Renfe train (it stops on the Passaig de Gracia metro station on the corner of Passaig de Gracia and Arago street 150m from the hotel or from Plaza Catalunya bz Aerobus).

The hotel is well located within walking distance of many sites. They are nice rooms a bit small, but well appointed. Wifi and business room were well done. We would recommend to others. Have fun guys.

Book in was 2pm but our room was not ready until nearly 4:30pm. The room was cleaned daily but for us it was not ready until after 5:30pm on the second day, even though we had been out since 9am. Attention to these things would be good.

The rooms are nicely decorated, the hotel has its own personality, every room is decorated differently. We had a room on the top floor and it came with a large terasse and sunbeds. The bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Location is great, just one block from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya. Close to the lively tourist area, but still in a less crowded, noisy neighbourhood. Food at breakfast was good, large variety, it's only a cold breakfast. The hotel is brand new, we stayed on 19 april 2013 and they were finishing decorating the last 2 rooms.

The lifts were painfully slow. The room size is not great.

The hotel is conveniently situated: most of the things we wanted to visited were at walking distance or few bus stops away. The hotel is brand new, very nicely furnished and very clean. Rooms are big, bright and quite. I’ll really recommend to stay at this hotel (one of the best hotel I stayed for quality/price ratio).

Water and juice replemished daily in fridge. Expresso machine. Toiletries replemished daily. Mural in bedroom. Nice shower

Opening hours of the pool. It did not open until 11am. I was disappointed not to be allowed to have a 10am swim. Pool closed at 7pm. We were out of hotel at the limited times pool was open. We chose the hotel for location and pool. We did not get a balcony despite requesting one, poor view.

Due to the hotel reason, I was moved to another cheaper Hotel. But, same price was paid. I asked hotel about this, but no response. BAD!!
