Very friendly and service-oriented staff. Hotel and room were perfect:comfortable, modern and tastefully designed. Perfect location; not farfrom Plaza Catalunya and Passeig Gracia, and on the other hand locatedin a quiet and relaxing street. My room was on the streetside, nice viewand no street noise at all. Easily worth 3-stars, would choose it againa next time. The hotel had recently been refurbished and was to a very high standard. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. I would definately stay here again and recommend to friends!.

More of first comes first serve basis.they are renovating, no tea and coofee in room, fabulous kitchen...- but no hot food like eggs and bacon. Tradesmen kept knocking at my door to see my room for there work, I was anoyed with this. Otherwise very good. no face cloths after the frist day. Noisy corridor. my single room was very dark - window looked out to a very small area between to buildings - it was very dfifficult to see the weather - was very dard. Very hard to get hot water to make coffee. no machine was provided in the room and when we tried to ask from the concierge, they said i had to wait til the restaurant open so i can ask from them (restaurant was only open at 730am). Very small room - quite noisy - view to a concrete wall - the room is not as luxurious and stylish as the entrance hall promises. Due to problems with rooms, they relocated us to their studios apartment in a building next block. The room was very large, but the building was missing a reception downstairs, an elevator and the room was not so clean. I would have preferred to stay at the hotel!.

From the airport to Plaza Catalunya
There is a bus stop in front of each terminal.
Buses leave every 15 minutes
First bus is at 6.00am. Sunday at 6.30 am and the last bus is at 12.00 pm.
Price: EUR 3.45 per person and the ticket can be purchased on the bus.
Get off at stop Plaza Catalunya and Hotel Constanza is approximately a five minute walk.

By Taxi:
You’ll recognise them as black cars with yellow doors, a green light means the taxi is available.
