I was staying for 3 noghts, and asked to not be woken up in the morning by the cleaner. I had my privacy, and got new towels every day while I was out. The staff at the reception was really friendly and polite! Very pationet when I asked for directiones:) I also like where the hotel is situated. Thanks for a good stay. I will be back!:). The location (near Parallel Metro) and the friendliness of the staff. It was evident that a lot of thought had gone into providing for the needs of travellers, eg the microwave for heating snacks and the availability of info about the city. The breakfast was excellent value aside from the coffee/juice!.

My touring bike was allowed into my room and also in the lounge. Breakfasts good value. Plenty of small shops and cafes nearby. It was rather clean for a budget hostel. The staff is ok, I guess. The Internet was down on the last evening, and I waited for it to get fixed. But nothing happened. So I assume that there was a problem that the staff could not fix. Window did not close properly so I could hear all the noises from outside, also noises from the floor above and downstairs at all hours of the night so could not sleep. There was a terrible smell of sewage in the room and on second day my floor got flooded from a radiator leak so I was moved to a nicer room. I'm so glad I cancelled the other 3 notes to stay in a hotel, just around the corner. single room was VERY small, almost no window (the window - dark on its own since it was an internal room - was "covered"/"obscured" by the external safety stair). very small bathroom. Quite bad wifi signal. Finally, the whole room was vary poor-looking. - Location not safe - did not feel well to return back in the evening - hotel not clean - had to put my t-shirt on a pillow to sleep - walls very-very thin. I heared everything from outside, from corridor, from neibours like being in one room. It is the worst place I was. We changed this hotel to another early morning next day.
