Very friendly helpful and relaxed staff that were accommodating and flexible - excellent location and the swimming pool was a great bonus on sticky hot days in Barcelona. The apartment was well equipped. The apartament is in the center of the city near Placa Reial. It is clean. One room is quiet but one is rather noisy. It was a good apartment, clean and the location was excellent. The facilities were all in good condition.

The apartment was steps to the Placa Reial and the Ramblas, which is always a happening area. It was a good central location and also close to the port, about a 20 walk to Barceloneta beach. The metro is close by on the Ramblas and takes you to all the other sights. The kitchen was sufficient for a few meals in. Beds were comfortable. The location was amazing. The apartments itself were lovely. Location. Good to get around . Cleaning fee isnt included into total price. I dont understand why is it charged when I had to clean the apartament, washed the dishes and threw garbage away. NOISE!!!! And we had to wait about an hour to check in (wait outside) after a long journey that's pretty bad:(. The apartment was advertised as having satellite tv and a dvd and had neither. The sound insulation wasn't great and noise levels between apartments was high. The mattresses were poor and uncomfortable.Noisy at night. Small pool which was not ready to be used. The cleaning fee was extra and due in cash upon arrival. However, not sure what it was used for as the floors were filthy when we arrived. The area is very noisy up until the early hours of the morning (sometimes 5 am) The pool is not heated and wasn't very clean. When we arrived we were told we had to put a 150 euro deposit down which we were not aware of, and if we didn't we would have to leave. Also, we were staying for 3 nights and the first morning we woke up to the cleaner trying to get in as she thought we were leaving. Told it was a 2bed apartment . It wasn't . Air conditioning was really bad . Tv didn't work as they had the wrong handsets . Made them aware and rang approx 6 times to be told they were" to busy " to sort it out . Their customer care is appalling . The apartment smaller than perception when booking. It was a one bedroom for 4 people. The expectation was a two bedroom.
