The staff were particularly helpful and efficient. There is a car park next door which has a special rate for hotel guests.

it is situated in a very convenient place, close to many things one wants to see in Barcelona. also the decor.....

parking is EXTREMELY expensive, even though it is next to the hotel.

Well appointed family room in a pleasant and tastefully decorated hotel in a great location with very helpful staff and parking next door. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would gladly return again.

The room/service could be improved by tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Great location, Nice reception area,The room was spacious and well furnished/decorated the beds were comfortable and everything worked made also spacious bathroom with twin sinks again all very well presented also a good shower.

Hotel very conveniently situated for sightseeing by Metro system and close to La Rambla. Good size bathroom, well finished and equipped,

Lifts did not work properly and staff sometimes seemed frustrated by this

It is very near to rAMBLA street where most tourist are there

They are putting a note that towel cannot be change daily. So we use ourtowel for 3 days and we are used to changed it daily. We asked for hotwater and they replied all staff in the kitchen are very busy. Sometimeselevator not working and if u ask the staff to check they will replythey cannot do it. So u have to go and climb to ur room which is veryhigh and makes u feel dizzy,

Breakfast is terrible, my shower kept on switching from hot to cold water.
