These apartments boast a highly privileged location, opposite the Cathedral and 100 metres from Las Ramblas.
These are urban apartments well-situated in the Gothic Quarter. The building dates from the 18th century but was completely refurbished in 2005 (please note, there is no lift in this building). Apartments boast a large lounge with a double sofa bed, a modern kitchen equipped with all appliances and with two windows opening onto balconies with views to of the pedestrian area below. The modern decoration and luminosity of these spaces give the flat a warm Mediterranean feel.

Helpful and friendly staff at agents. Central Location and good facilities. very central, pretty quite (top flat), fully equipped: dish washer, clothes washer, modern ikea like furniture. The location is great, being so close to the Cathedral and the GothicQuarter. We stayed in the top flat which means we felt safe and streetnoise was not too loud. The flat was comfortable for 2 people. The airconditioning was effective, but too noisy to leave on overnight. all reviews »
It was near to the Le Ramble.smell of sewage from sinks. The stairs are very narrow and steep and there are 82 to the top flat!The bathroom has not been tiled, which is strange and the drainageappears to be poor and floods the floor when showering if not careful.The flat is really only suitable for one couple or a family, due to thecombined bathroom/bedroom open-plan layout.The sofa bed was dirty, the double bed was slumped in the middle.Theapartment lacks natural light and fresh air.
