The hotel is in a great location near P. Del Catalunya which is the very centre of all of the activities in Barcelona. Room was excellent and the staff very curteous. Really enjoyed our stay

The equipment outside the window of the room was a little noisy, if possible more noise proofing.

It was clean. Cleaning staff is really professional. Expresso machine in room. Bath-tub

I prefer to have a curtain for the bathtub, not the glass that covers only half of it.

Very spacious Family Room, plenty of storage space, Large beds, lots ofammenities, great location-3 blocks to Placa de Catalunya- lots ofshopping near by, excellent breakfast buffet-large variety of food,would stay there again, take taxi from city bus terminal, very close tosightseeing bus stop- 1-2 blocks

We asked for a quiet room and we got one.

We did ask for a nice view, but because of the location of the hotel this was not possible. But, the location was excellent and ideal as a base to see Barcelona. And we didn't spend enough time in the room to take advantage of a better view.

Dinner menu needs to have english version if you expect restaurant to get customers.

Location is perfect - close to metro, shopping, great dining - Placa Catalunya and Casa Batllo just blocks away. Was quiet, beds comfy, very clean.

There are no windows in the dining area.

We asked at check in for the best room available to us. They gave us an apartment that they called a junior suite. Full living area, bedroom and nice bath. This was a great location. We were only in the room to sleep and clean up.

Got upgraded for free to an apartment suite, which was very nice. Staff was very helpful and polite, all spoke good english.
