great spot in El Borne! Have talked with many people who never found/visited this part of Barcelona - we found it to be very quiet (not the busiest time of year). manager made us cab reservation and gave us great advice and maps.

Excellent location and value. The apartment was large - especially by European hotel standards. Within walking distance to the beach, excellent shopping, restaurants, etc.

I only wish I could've stayed longer. I love Barcelona!

The location could not have been better, located in the artistic quarter el Born With many small shops and little restaurants, and very close to aswell the old centre as the beach. The roof terrace was lovely, a quiet place in a busy town to have a drink or even consume your home made breakfast..

The location was perfect, the apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated, and Jaime was extremely helpful, even printing boarding passes and booking an early morning taxi for some of our party.

There was quite a lot of noise from the street late at night, even though it is in a pedestrian precinct [although, to be fair, there had been an important football game that evening, which Barcelona won, which may have generated some celebratory noise] but we could hear the noise even with the windows closed.

Position of apartment directly over the main door was noisy with inconsiderate guests shouting at 3.30am!

The location was excellent and the staff superb. The welcome was really good and nothing was too much.

Only thing was that there was no changing of linnen. We stayed five days and we knew it before so we couldnt say anything but thats one point which was a bit less perfect.

I just loved this apartment, which was on the second floor of this building (or third of you're American). As an apartment building with a reception area (which is quite rare in my experience), it was super convenient. Andrea speaks English superbly, spent time with us to explain the apartment and how to best see the city and even arranged our taxi out to the airport when we left. She even waved us off! Lovely! Being located in a pedestrian street, it is very quiet yet close to everything including the waterfront and the many delights of the Born district. The apartment was spacious, well laid out and stylish in an authentic kind of way. Good lift access. There was a large bedroom, as well as comfy sofas for the kids to sleep on in the living area. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

lccation in Born is the best place to stay in Barcelona, being close to both Baric Gotic and the seaside , without the tourist hordes near Ramblas Nice staff

Loved staff let us drop bags early in the day and check in later. They loaned us beach towels for the day! Awesome. Room was comfortable for 4. Nice to have a fridge

The layout of the apartment with high ceiling and open space.It was well equiped. Perfect location in the older part of Barcelona.

Great location in the Borne area. Similar to the Gothic quarter, but without all the crowds. Very close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Staff were great assisting us when a strike changed our travel plans. Good wifi through-out the one bedroom apt.

One instance of some noisy revellers late on Friday night, disturbing the relative peace and quiet for a few seconds. Though we were amazed just how quiet it was, considering the proximity of so many bars and restaurants.

Beautiful accommodation, friendly staff, clean, and GREAT location!!! We stayed at the beginning of our trip for 3 nights, traveled to France, and ended our trip here for an additional 3 nights. We hope to be back!

Location was convenient to waterfront and old part of city. Unit was well appointed being recently renovated. On site manager made easy bookin and book out. Manager was very helpful. Free wifi. Quiet location with no street noise. Good restaurants close by.

Nothing to really dislike. There was no cloths washer but laundry facilities close by allowed for large wash for €16 and just needed to be dropped off and picked up later in day.
