i liked seeng a staff,, becouse they was very friendly and kind people., all the time help to us, then we need something, i was really happy and surprised. The staff, the cleaniness. hotel staff, hotel view. Very good. due to some restoration that they had in course, we were moved to another hotel from their chain, Catalonia Suite, a 4* hotel which was great.

It was very noisy you could hear the stuff talking loudly when cleaning in the morning. It was too cold in the room. Besides, at first night, hot water was not available in the bathroom. The location of this hotel was too far from the Plaza Catalonia. Also, it was not close to the subway station, and it had no stores around.very noisy. The room was not properly cleaned the bathroom floor was dirty. The bed pillows were not fresh and smelt musty. I expected a double room to have a double bed or at least beds joined. The two separate single beds pushed together kept splitting during the night it was not very comfortable.worst hotel i ever booked trough this company staff very un-helpful and lots of hidden extras ie. 19euro a day parking 400 meters from hotel no bar service after eleven o'clock over priced vending machines when car park full told to park cars on street and cars are towed away. Noisy, dirty, uncomfortable, staff not as polite as they wanted appear.
