Please note that the following mandatory final cleaning fees are NOT included in the room rate and are payable directly at the BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office: Three-Bedroom Apartment - Bailén, 23 – 115 EUR A refundable deposit of MUST be paid on arrival by credit card for: Three-Bedroom Apartment - Bailén, 23 – 300 EUR Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: After 22:30 – 30 EUR Between 01:00 – 02:00 is 50 EUR Check-in is not possible after 02:00.
