These spacious luxury apartments offer free Wi-Fi and a large furnished terrace. Centrally located in Barcelona’s Eixample district, they are 8 minutes’ walk from the Metro Station and Airport Bus Stop in Plaza Universitat. Each apartment has a double bedroom and 1 or 2 twin bedrooms. There are 1 or 2 sofa beds and the living room features a TV, DVD player and large sofas. The dining table seats 6 people and the kitchen includes a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All apartments have a bathroom with a hairdryer and shower. The larger 3-bedroom apartments have 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet in the corridor. All apartments have a dishwasher and a laundry room. BarcelonaForRent Eixample Suites offers a laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service. An airport shuttle service can be requested for an extra charge.

Please let BarcelonaForRent Eixample Suites know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at 120 Carrer Bailén and open from 11.00 until 22.00, 7 days a week. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent Eixample Suites in advance, in order to confirm if check-in will be at the office or the apartment. A refundable damage deposit of EUR 400 must be paid on arrival and by credit card. Please note check-in during the following times incurs the following charges: EUR 30 - After 22:00 EUR 50 - Between 01:00 – 02:30 Check-in is not possible after 02:30. In one of the apartments, which is situated on the 1st floor, there’s a lift which can be used from the ground floor. However, please note that it stops between floors and you must walk the remaining 10 steps. There is no lift in the rest of the apartments.
