central, you can walk to sightseeings, very nice and friendly staff, a lot of info material about city, map and events in the hotel, no disturbings. great location, very friendly host. Very clean and well located. The hotel workers were very nice and even offered us a goodbye gift (cd with Catalan music). Nice!. very central.ideal location. clean rooms, friendly staff. Helpful staff, Ease of access, comfortable bed, and air con. good location, adequate equipment.the location, the welcome, the size of the room. some street noise at night, but I guess it's hard to be right downtown and be in a totally quiet place. Not alot of amenities. Were hoping for a kettle, coffee pot and washing machine. Also wanted separate bedrooms. Truly was a studio. Okay, but price was equal to our Madrid apartment that had a lot of amenities. plumbing was quite noisy. The noise from neighbouring rooms or adjacent floors early hours of morning. The rather large cockroach that appeared on the 3rd day of our stop,. we thought we'd have more equipment with which to cook (microwave or oven). the sheet on the bed was not fresh on night 1.

The reception's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 10:30 until 14:30 and 19:00 to 22:00. Guests arriving outside of these times are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.
The reception's opening hours on Sundays are from 10:30 until 14:30. Check-in on Sundays from 19:00 until 22:00 carries an extra charge of EUR 20.
It is not possible to check in after 22:00.
When booking, all guests should note their anticipated time of arrival and the airport to which they are flying (e.g. Barcelona El Prat, Girona Costa Brava or Reus).
