The Location was great, close to everything and we were right in the heart of the city.

Had friend rent the apartment right across from us, their's had a bottle of wine and they had cable. Our didn't, for the price it should have had the same things.

Location is great. It is only 15-20 minutes walk to Ramblas or Sagrada Familia or de Gracia street. Apartments are fully equiped and are very cosy.

Cleaning took place only one time during 8 nights stand.

Wonderful, spacious apartment.Elegant furnishings. Tromp de oieul mural on the wall. Bed linens. Towels. Maid device. Coffee maker. Close to tone and old Batcelona and Place de Cataluyna. With wireless.

Perfect for small family. Easy walk to most points of interest. Quiet area (we were there during festival de Merce). Washing machine and aircon plus full kitchen all essentials for 5 day stay. Plenty of room and areas to escape each other if needed. Had a second bathroom/ensuite which we didn't expect - nice for second toilet, but shower a bit small. Comfy beds. Lift. Clean and bright. Supermarket just around corner.

Step up to shower and toilet in main bathroom - careful you don't slip/trip getting out of the shower.

The size of the apartment and the closeness to everything.

Shower needed some service ( slow trickle of water) & dryer did not work.

Loved the spacious rooms and all the facilities. 2 bathrooms, washing machine, full kitchen. It was great to get the washing done during our trip. Also a pretty area, great supermarket around the corner, and walking distance to the main part of town.

Great location, quality appliances and comfy beds. Even though we arrived at midnight a friendly staff member greeted us at the door and spent a bit of time giving us lots of helpful information that was really appreciated.

The shower was hand hold only - the fitting on the wall needed to be repaired.

Big spaces and well equiped. Easy to live some days with friends arround.

Some rooms well equiped with big bed but some other rooms small beds.. Should have an option for beds bigger or dmaller according to necesities...

Well organised apartment Booking in easy - staff very pleasant and helpful in respect of booking in We complained when leaving due to rudeness of cleaning staff and the company replied with their apologies. Building near city - great spot - would stay again and recommend to friends with children.

On leaving cleaning staff rude and rushed us out of apartment although officially we still had an hour left on booking - this was a final stay aboard and had over two week period stayed in France and Spain and had experienced only polite and helpful people in both countries!

This was a great apartment for a family. Lots of room! Only a 5 min walk to central city. Having a washing machine was great.

There was no view from the balcony. Not an issue for us as we were not in the room during the day. No front desk so always at the mercy of hoping you meet up with the person that is to let you in. This ended up not being a problem. The "check in" process was seamless.

有厨房，2个卫生间都可以洗澡，4个房间能住8个人吧。还是比较舒服的。

电梯的门太重了，酒店又没有任何安全提示，结果老妈的手指头被夹到，在医院呆了一个下午。

Flat is absolutely great. We had the one which is on the top floor with individual roof terrace. We stayed there for 1 night with a small child. Check-in was organized in-time and we did not have to wait. The flat was very clean and well-furnished. Overall - everything was top-quality.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. Quiet building. Convenient to the metro and the city sites.

Had to wait 10 minutes for Aspasios representative upon arriving at the apartment for check in. A bit more expensive than other similar units that we rented throughout Spain and Portugal.

A lovely, clean, spacious apartment. The location is excellent. In a quiet neighborhood with a grocery store nearby, cafes and restaurants. Just a few blocks from the metro and city centre. We would definitely return.

The appartment was located in the heart of Barcelona. Just downstairs were 2 restaurants with nice food

We stayed for 3 nights and we only had 1 towel a person!
